How to Submit your project proposal:

What type of projects do we accept?

If you decide to propose your own project, we encourage you to propose ambitious but realistic ideas, with possible real-world use, and in a feasible timeline.

Material

Before submitting a project proposal, we recommend you check the list with all the materials that we have available at the Lab to be worked on. For now, only projects that can be developed using these materials will be accepted.

Submission Doc Outline

The submission document format should be a PDF.

1. Introduction: This section should briefly describe the purpose of the proposal and provide a general overview of the project.
2. GitHub Repository Name: This section should provide the name of the GitHub repository that will be used for the project. For example: “mental-health-robot”
3. Project Description: This section should describe the specifics of the project, including the proposed solution and how it will be implemented. You may also want to include a timeline for the project, outlining the major milestones and expected completion date. Also, you should mention the possible challenges and problems that you may face during development.
